This scheme is for the conversion of a former L&Q housing estate office into 6 new flats incorporating stripping out, major drainage works, creation of external wall envelope, party walls and internal partitions etc. Traditional gas fired combination boilers were utilised and upgraded current insulation standards to meet with current building regulations. This will result in the creation of new six units for local families.
