A new build scheme of 17 apartments on a restricted corner site in Croydon. The project involves major demolition works, a piled raft foundation solution and a traditionally built highly detailed superstructure. Modern technologies are being used in the form of domestic hot water heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, decentralised mechanical ventilation and stringent insulation criteria. Extensive ecological and biodiversity enhancement measures are being incorporated into the project.
