A Shared Ownership, Net Zero Carbon scheme of 11 new houses on a greenfield site adjacent to allotment gardens. Modern technologies are being used in the form of air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, mechanical ventilation heat recovery and stringent insulation criteria. Extensive ecological mitigation and enhancement measures are being incorporated into the project.
